How to lose weight?

Do you know, how to lose weight?
I don't know, but I want it.
If you know, how to do it, write it to me, please. :-)

I'm 26 and 110kg :-(
When I was 21, my weight was 80kg.

Eat less crap. Eat more unprocessed foods.
Move more.

Hey,

Just make sure your body uses up more energy than you take in.

It really doesn't matter if you do this by exercising or eating less but eating less is far easier than busting yourself on a treadmill for hours. Oh try to perform some form of resistence training to retain muscle mass.

I fast twice a week to do this as it's the easiest method for me as it fits into my lifestyle.

The hard part isn't losing weight but keeping it off. Most anyone can go on a diet and lose weight, but as soon as you fall off the diet you gain it all back. What's necessary is a lifestyle change, and it can be diet, or exercise, or better still both. Changing the way you live. Eat healthier. Go for walks, or swims, or runs -- whatever feels right, but at minimum a good half hour of brisk walking or more every day. If you change the way you live, that will do more than any short-run diet.

I've been asking the same question too for quite some time now and still haven't gotten the right answer. Well i guess, it's all a matter of self discipline and determination. Will give it a try this time. Since I need to lose weight for my wedding, then I have a goal to achieve. :)

workout. eat veggies, fruit, white meat. have a diet plan. get rid of too much carbs, fats and calories.

Do exercise regularly. Do it as a routine, everyday. Don't miss a day of doing this. It's for your own good. :mrgreen:

Take it slow,dont be too hard on yourself....
Do little blocks,give yourself rewards...

Try and drop 1/2 kg a week so thats doing blocks of 10 weeks and i bet you will lose about a stone every ten week...


Give yourself treats also.....


First week dont even worry about exercise,second week add a little bit,and each week do a little more...

Watch what you eat and dont give yourself a hard time...

Remember 1/2 kg a week...

It is a mixture of exercise, good nutrition, discipline, and lifestyle. Eat healthily, do some sports, do not reward yourself for doing something with junk food and simply do not stop after the first glimpse of success.
