What Is The Biggest Amount of Weight You Have Lost

Postby Lilly88 » Sat Dec 03, 2011 4:05 pm

How much have you lost in weight over the years. You know I have been on and off diets most of my life and the largest amount I have lost is 14kg. I did it by myself, which I am really proud of but I am afraid I have put some back on and am struggling to get back to where I am happy with myself.
Now that it is warming up I am hoping that I can get my mind back on track.

How much have you lost over time? :|
I am always looking for ways to keep my weight down. check out my blog http://www.ideasforweightloss.blogspot.com & http://www.squidoo.com/tips-for-dieting-and-eating-out

The biggest weight loss ever for me was from about 105KG to 72KG, it took about 9 months, and was a result of good diet and aggressive exercise :)

I went from 128 Kg down to 76 Kg between March 2010 and late last year. I've since put on five or six kilos and am struggling to take them off again. It's a seemingly never-ending fight with emotion, habit, nature, etc.

My biggest lost was 35kg over about a year. I was at weight watchers. But have now put back on about 5kg. :( Time to fix it!

I lost 45kg almost 20 years ago and have kept about 35kg of it off. I struggle with the other 10kg and would ultimately like to shed about another 15kg and keep it off, but age, menopause and thyroid are making that one a bit of a task.... :)
