So I had a small handful of plain potato chips for the first time in so long and I actually didn't like them. They made me feel gross and I really regreted eating them, but atleast I learnt that there's one kind of junk food that won't be do tempting anymore

it is amazing isn't it, but the scary thing is it also does not take much to swing back in the old ways before you know it.

My fav thing ATM is lychees, yummo, when I can afford them that is LOL

Hubby has a craving for jaffas, I reckon I could also go a few, but not the whole packet as in the past.

I had a hot chocolate from Maccas yesterday, had diarea for the rest of the day! :cry: Think I have finally overcome that craving aswell, havent ate junk in nearly 2 months! so happy! :)
