Thanks admin for the reply,just in time for breakfast this morning.
I was talking about the bircher muesli recipe on this site.
As I said in my original post,in the past I was trying to diet on my own and had the mindset of 'small or nothing' (which clearly wasnt working).
So when it came to the portion size for breakfast I was feeling guilty
to be eating so much.
So now that I have an answer I will halve it or divide it by three depending on how hungry I am in the mornings.
