I make you spot on Tams but glad I got to learn a bit more about the specific fruits caloric and sugar contents.. I'm going to continue eating loads of the ones I enjoy, surely better than eating copious amounts of potato chips :mrgreen:

On the same theme here, l got a pretty heal;th conscious mate staying with me at the moment, he is a long time vegetarian.. Last night his partner prepared a baked sweet potato in it's jacket.. he cut me off a bit and I was mighty impressed.. love baked potato when they are done right and was lovely with a curry (both veg/and chicken) that was also knocked up..

That's right, always in moderation. I myself indulge myself in eating my favorite foods once in a while but of course in moderation. I feed my cravings in moderation and it does not destruct or spoil my goal in keeping my weight. The more I eat the more time I spend in work out. Live life to the fullest but do not abuse.
