This is true. We need to get away from this idea of beautiful and ugly bodies. This is a mind trap that is a dead end. Eventually every beautiful body is going the sag and get wrinkly. It is far better to talk in terms of healthy and unhealthy. That is what counts.
I'm far more healthier now than what I was but certainly couldn't be described as handsomer (beautiful). One wonderful encouraging lady said to me a little while back that since I've lost weight I look a lot older. I replied that once you let the air out of the balloon it is going to look wrinkly! When I was fat I had "baby looks" and now that I've finally grown up I've lost that baby fat!
Naked I look a disaster! Loose saggy skin everywhere! I've got loose skin on my hips so large that they could serve as holsters for guns. I tell people that if I fell off a cliff naked that I would be alright because I'll be able to glide down using my bat wing arms. To top it off, when I had my hernia done I also got a whole lot of loose skin hacked off (this was NOT plastic surgery)...so now my flat stomach sports a huge scar and no belly button!
But would I change it? No way! Better to look a disaster than be a disaster health wise!
