Ok this is something I have noticed,just wondering if anybody else has picked up on this...
When im thinking im hungry but I know im not,BUT I want too eat something I will suck on a mint...
When I don't want too eat for an hour or so I will suck on a mint,it gets me too the next hour..
Also before bed if I feel like something too eat I will suck on a mint,
or I will brush my teeth...
Has anybody noticed that instead of eating during the day you can have a mint or brush your teeth too get you by??
I probably will have one or two mints a day too get me too where I want too get,
and brush my teeth a couple of times a day,i know we are meant too brush our teeth after every meal but I find in between meals is good also..
