Woke up this morning and couldn't get on the scales fast enough,
and lets say I had a laugh to myself when I seen the numbers,i think
somebody upstairs is looking down on me laughing also,
he upstairs sure has a good sence of humour and I thank you
my friend,keep looking over me and follow my ways...

Monday food diary
1 egg
1 banana
1 yogurt
1 cappuccino.......5 points

1 slice of cheese
2 slices bread
asparagus...............4 points

roast meat
mixed vegies...........5 points

snacks not as yet worked out as with having 2 slices of bread for lunch I have too b careful with what I pick for snacks...probably a couple of pieces of fruit..
going for morning tea too the beach with my girlfriend that's son got home on Saturday from working with the Australian Army his ship was on the news last night some may have seen it,very proud of her son as I have been lucky enough to watch him grow into a fine young man,he was one of my sons mates all the way through school days..

this months ww magazine shows the size of a plate we should be using and what would have been used many years ago,and how our plate sizes have grown along with our waist's..
this plate in my photo is a bread and butter plate of mine which I will be using from now on....

was so very nice having time with my girlfriend makes me feel so much better everytime we have a chat...
its nice too have that one best girlfriend that's always there for you and understands whats going on....

I love her like a sister,ive never had a sister and neither has she so that's how we see each other..
