Tinkerbella, you are doing GREAT!! Work those LEGS!!

I'm so happy you are on fire and excited and satisfied with all your hard work.

I had a good 'nothing for me' moment out at the movies too yesterday - we were at Gold Class, so a few factors worked in my favour resulting in me ordering only a cup of tea (we've had food poisoning at Gold Class before so we think the food is rubbish, the prices were staggeringly exorbitant, and I'd already had my chicken salad for lunch so wasnt hungry like my hubby, who ended up paying thru the nose for calamari!) It feels good to be in control - keep it up!!

Ha ha, lets just say the last 2 days have been good for me! I'm hoping to get on your wagon and have a whole lot longer term 'goodness'!!

We went and saw Lucy. Meh. Started out well, but it literally lost the plot. I think the writer/producer couldn't work out how to end the thing, so the story just dissolved into a mixed up 'don't know where to go with this' melting pot of philosophy - with nothing particularly clear. And hey, I don't think you are missing out on the Gold Class thing. We both came out saying to each other that it was vastly overrated and we actually prefer to go to a regular (nice) cinema - just so happened that we had gift vouchers for Gold Class which is why we even got our butts out to a movie (we have different tastes)!!

Do you think there used to be a better offering of movies say 10-20years ago? Anything you've seen in the last year that you really recommend?

"oh"
on recommend,
I went too the movies only this week and I totally enjoyed
hundred foot journey
I would give it a 9.5 out of 10,
and one I haven't yet seen is
Gone Girl,
with Ben Afflect that is the next im looking forward too seeing..

The feeling of getting taken away blows my mind, and that's what happens everytime I goto the movies,i can sit and watch most and come out an emotional wreck,i love the feelings that songs and the movies give me..

My youngest son and his gf were going too go see the movie you went and seen last night,so I will relay what you had thought of it..Hes only 16 so unsure if it would have been the sort of movie which he may understand and or enjoy?
In the winter time I tend too take myself off too the movies once a week, its something that gets me out of the house and keeps me entertained ..

I find if im home im more so intent on eating more where as if im out I might buy myself a good cup of coffee and that tends too be enough for me too enjoy, then while out I usually don't get home till later which then also gets me too later too enjoy dinner..
If im home I tend too be looking for food all day...

Years gone past we as a family couldn't afford going too the movies so it was a sometimes treat,
my father and I have always had a love of the big screen and he and I would be only too happy too sit and watch anything,im like that too this day..

All good news! Glad she's doing so well.

I will remember 'Argo' for the next time we are trying to find something to watch. I do love how we can get so many things online now. But even more, I love a good book. That's when I get swept away. Unfortunately, I have to limit my book reading, as I will be gone for days until it is finished - even to the detriment of sleep.

This post makes me worried that those beautiful flowers were meant for her and not you! I keep seeing a mental picture of a lady with a new born in her arms and by the bed is a sorry looking bunch of flowers from Coles or Woolies!
I'm sure this isn't the case...but i can't shake the picture from my head!

I so struggle at That time of the month...

well
this morning I thought I wonder what clothes are in this suitcase,so thought self,
have a look..
I opened it up too clothes that I had worn at a lighter weight, lighter than my 103 kgs,
I thought mmm I will try them on and see how it goes,
I must say they fit,i cant breath as yet but they do fit...

times like these makes the work more exciting...

86.7kg weigh in on Sunday...going very well Natasha - keep up that good work! I'm very happy for you! :D

Keep trying on those clothes regularly...if you don't you could miss the time frame for wearing them before they become too big for you to wear! 8)
It is a good thing to do...trying old clothes on that you couldn't wear before because of weight gain. Nothing like fitting back into them again to reinforce just how much you have achieved! Excellent! 8) :)

I think that is what it is like for ALL of the week in review. Every week when I was losing weight I would look back and see a day when I could have made a better meal choice, or an afternoon where I allowed my snacking to get out of control or a missed opportunity to exercise more. We live and learn...and try better the week after with the lessons learnt by experience...and if not - then doomed to repeat them to we do!
