put on 100grams this morning but I know why,
last night not long before bed I had carrot cake and strawberries other than that I had a very good day,so 100 grams hang on...
tonight we have got a night out which we are having dinner out,so I will try and have a lighter lunch,
breakfast I didn't want bacon but my husband put 1/2 a slice on my plate so that's an extra point..
