I will watch my face and see when it starts getting too thin and when I start looking old,ive got a photo of me on my licence at 78 and I look like im addicted too drugs and I don't want too look like that again it looked terrible, was too thin at 78...so we will see what happens..
It is hard to decide where the line should be drawn. For myself, I set my mark at 66.7kg (so as to lose an even 87kg) - and kept to it because anything less would feel like a compromise. Even so...I knew before I finished that my maintenance weight would have to be more. That is why I now sit between 67kg and 70kg (mostly at the upper end).
One thing to be aware off though. By the end your face and body WILL look pretty drawn from the weight loss experience. I've found that during maintenance the weight has shifted around my body giving me a more healthier look. I've got my bottom back and my face isn't so drawn. My fingers and feet have gotten thinner in it's place.
