Hi Kim,

I'm still here, and still plodding along (at a snails pace I might add) :cry:

My weight hasn't shifted in 2 weeks now, and it looks like my next weigh in on Sunday will make it 3. Grrrrrr :evil: Hence why I haven't changed my ticker. Still 63.5kg and with just 3.5kg to go, it's driving me bananas (hmmmm.....wouldn't mind one of those right now too!!) :lol:

Sorry I haven't been about much, with a new full time job and over an hour and half travel to get home each night, then a quick bite, an even quicker sit down to catch a (taped version of) the news, it's off to the gym for an hour's workout, then home again, shower, and bed to start again the next morning!!

I will post again on Sunday, but until then, sorry for being AWOL but rest assured, I haven't thrown in the tea towel!!! :wink: :lol:

Hope everyone is going well too :D
136.0kg - Heaviest weight (1/1/12)
126.6kg - Starting weight (1/1/13)
60.0kg - Goal weight
63.3kg - Current weight

Happy to hear that you are still slugging it out at the pointy end.
This is definitely the character building end of the journey, right? :wink:

At least this status quo period will give you a bit of an idea of what maintenance will be like (but not as hard as now).
Your weight drifts a bit up - and then you push it back down with extra exercise and better eating habits.
In maintenance this will become even more routine and easier it manage. 8)

Keep at it and you will win through! :D
