My breakfast is usually whatever I like the look of that the kids are grabbing lol. It can be toast or muesli or sometimes on the weekend, it can be mushroom, tomato and egg on toast :) Depends on what I have time for but I usually do make a point of eating breakfast, unless i've overeaten night before and feel that my body needs the rest from food lol

when I wasn't watching what I eat it would be nothing too have toast with butter and peanut butter now its a no no,in saying that the other day I did have bread and peanut better it seem too b a food I really do miss..

now days I will only have one slice of toast if I have it with breakfast and no way will I have margarine or butter..

so I do see that I have made good changes..

If it fits in with my calories for the day, i'll have it if I really really want it. Otherwise if I don't have it, i'll have everything else trying to 'satisfy' that want.

If I have peanut butter toast, I don't bother with any margarine, as peanut butter is pretty much 'butter' lol. So I just put it in CK and for 2 slices of toast with 1 tbsp of peanut butter on each is 329 calories. It is a higher calorie choice breakfast and I have to be a little more careful throughout the day, but it's worth it if I really feel like it :)

I personally wouldn't have 1 tbsp per slice of toast either, i'd probably make 1 tbsp between 2 slices last. But i'm not fussed with having it thick. Having it spread a little thinner still gets rid of that craving :)

I look forward to breakfast...but I usually have it on the run (well, walk), so it is not something I think of gastronomically. Having said that, I do like what I eat; oats with milk, a banana and 5 raspberries, plus a teasp golden syrup :) I'm working on changing my routine though, and actually sitting with my bowl - not walking the neighbourhood with bowl and spoon in hand while I walk my two cats

Breakfast is the one meal that you should never miss. It is vital to set yourself up for the day.

My breakfast is pretty standard these days. Two Weet Bix with a cut up banana on top and using whole milk. Usually an apple after that and a cup of tea to start the day well.

I usually have 50g of a 50/50 blend of rolled oats and oat bran plus a few sultanas. These are boiled in water into a soft and mushy porridge. For a drink I'll have pot tea or instant coffee with unsweetened almond milk.

I've found that keeping to as little processed food as possible aids both the weight and the wallet.
