I just want to add may New year wishes to all as well. :)

This is a new year...and is a perfect chance to get a new start going in your life.
Why not make it a great year by achieving your dream of weight loss success?

Six month ago someone at my church was disparaging about people who make New Year Promises.
He said that nobody keeps them and always end with broken promises and failure.
I spoke up and corrected him...I had started my weight loss journey on the 1/1/2011 - and I had kept the commitment to change and had succeeded.

It is possible - if I can do it...so can you.
Seize the day and seize the year!
2015 can be your year of success! :D

1/1/13 = 126.6kg
1/1/14 = 95.4kg
1/1/15 = 66.7kg

I made a NY resolution in 2013 and I've kept it, and (like you Kim) I know it's possible!!

For all of you reading this, now all that's left if for YOU to believe enough in yourself, to know that it's possible for you too!! Go for it; make the decision, make the changes and start the journey to a better healthier and fuller life!!!

Welcome back to the battle lines Marc! 8)

As I always say; "There are no holidays in weight loss"...the quicker we get that in our heads...the less time we waste going backwards.

Onwards to that better future friend! :D

Amen to that!!!!!!! 8)

I've got some serious damage control going on atm to undo some of my holiday fun!!!

But WE can do this CB, with a little determination and A LOT of hard work, we can rise above our indulgences and drop below the current scale readings!!!

You with me????????? :D
