We have and still having terrible weather,we haven't had power since around 2-30 am this morning,
my weigh in day which is the most important and ive lost 600 grams so very happy and wasn't thinking it would be that much..

Todays been a very bad day so far on the tooth everybody home and under each others feet,something that has little too no interest too me...

We went for a drive and tree everywhere all over the roads and its said on the news its going too get a lot worse before it gets better...

A lot better today,but a lot of people are getting told they wont have power until Sunday..We are very lucky as our grid is with the local hospital.so we have power and just ate a roast dinner,we have had hot water all along as that's gas.so we have been very lucky.
Ive just had my flu shot so that's ticked off the box but it was crazy at the shops.I let my son drive (L's) and I couldn't believe how busy it was but hes able too handle it probably even better than I would have..lol

We have more bad weather on its way,my mums only just got power and my gf still is waiting power..So with a little break in the weather Shane and I put on our rain coats and headed out,i was lucky too get a walk in today.Finding it very hard being home all day driving me crazy and making me hungry,so today I made a roast and had late lunch early dinner and it was a great idea as it got me through today close too my points...
Every week is an interesting weigh inn..

And every day brings it's own set of challenges.

When the power goes out it certainly is a reminder just how technologically depend we have all become.
Gosh - we may actually have to interact with those people we live with!

Good to see that you and Shane were able to get out there during a break in the weather.
What usually happens to me is that I get within coo-wee distance from home and the rain belts down and soaks me good and proper!

Its pelting down again and Shanes work is yet too have power hes been home all week,Blakes gone back too school today..yippy yippy
Sitting having my coffee and a look around whats happening and finding out just how very lucky we have been.Keep safe all and remember we are all more than a number..
starting my food diary again today hope its ok with everybody,but it helps me...

Well im going too get my walk in by walking around a shopping centre... its pelting down here again so my husband and I are putting our walking shoes on and going walking,then we will head off too the movies,what else can you do on a day like today.... no no no pop corn no choc top... but we can hold hands and have a cuddle...

fruit is a no point...
but they say only too eat two pieces of fruit but I do tend too eat more fruit when im hungry....

I find when my minds in the right place I also tend too eat a lot more eggs..
not too long ago I went and had blood tests everything come back great but low yes low cholesterol ..

11 points left,ive changed and doing filling and healthy today,its you really don't need too count points but seems as if its a lot harder as you cant have any and every food..i just felt like a change and thought I would give it ago...for a few days I will count also just too see how close I go too my points just outta interest for myself...

I tried too copy and paste the list but wouldn't let me....I wont let it win..

It's been a while and though most people return, usually heavier than when they left, it's good to see you've kept off the weight you lost while you were here. Well done!!!

im unsure if it ever gets easier or if its just we know what we have too do...
I can feel with the colder weather it is getting harder but the porridge will become my number one go to food...
no rain atm and ive been booked in for morning tea at the beach its so cold out their I will have too warm up and stay warm so that I don't get sick,keeping well is the most important thing..
