You can tell that it is that you know what you are doing.
There is a sureness in your writing as you plan your eating and exercise.
All power to you (even if some of the surrounding areas of your neighbourhood don't have power restored yet   )!

My sort of tracking is with scales, pen and paper.
Every day I weigh in and then write it in my weight loss book.
The discipline and integrity of that keeps me in place.

going out too dinner Saturday night and its something I look forward too every week, its do I order what I want as I usually do or do I behave a little and be a little more rewarded on Tuesday..
or do I continue doing what I do and enjoying life,i think the latter and continue the way im going and enjoy life..
ive given myself till the 4th june too get too my weight lose goal and then re view my progress ...
so far so good,i don't believe in saying ive worked hard as this isn't working hard but having a healthy life...

I hate it when people say of you have done so well,i believe I put myself in this position by eating too much and too be patted on my back for losing weight I just feel that's rubbish we as people should look after our heath as a way of life..

I was lazy and a pig I put weight on,im now eating better and exercising,im now looking after my life and will live longer...

Amen to all that!
Good on those people for never getting to the state that we found ourselves in...they are the real smart ones.

I also think that part of this praising stuff is an attempt to make us a special case. That way people can say that what you've done is superhuman or extraordinary and it dismisses them from being able to attempt it themselves. The sad truth is that people are looking for the magic cure for fatness when the solution is dead simple...take responsibility; eat less (and healthier) and move more.

I figured that you would be able to cope with it in any case.
You can tell by the way looked towards cutting back elsewhere etc.
Glad that it worked out alright in the end. 8)

You've got to expect the swings and the roundabouts to occur in this game.
After all, weight loss is essentially the process of stressing our bodies until it surrenders it's fat reserves.
We have to give it some quarter some time or it will fall apart.
The wisdom and skill comes in knowing when to push hard and when to ease off.

That is why the weight loss journey is a marathon rather than a sprint.
Pacing is important...anyone who is selling you a quick weight loss solution is selling you a lie.

Keep going Natasha - this is the pointy end of the journey for you...keep doing what you are doing and it will deliver success for you in the end! 8)
