I've become addicted to this forum  . I find it so encouraging and supportive and when I feel like my motivation is low I just read everyone’s progress and encouraging words and don't feel tempted to have strawberry jam on toast (my weakness) lol.

It's a wonder I get any work done, but I do. Nice to have own private office so no one can peek over your shoulder to see if actually doing work lol.

I just wanted to say how motivational I find this forum :!:

Cheers guys.

I totally agree, I love this place!! It's kept me on the wagon and even if I have fallen on briefly, I've jumped straight back on! It's fantastic :D Since joining here, I've become so much more focussed about my weight loss and have gotten some great advice!

I am loving it too.

At first I found the honesty here kind of confronting but it has forced me to be honest with myself which has been liberating.

It's such a friendly, encouraging and supportive environment and you don't have to worry about anyone judging you.

It's also good to know that I have to be accountable to promises I make on this board and I am happy to have found some like-minded people.
Just keep moving! And don't be lazy...

It is a fantastic site with wonderful, supportive and encouraging people.

I joined here 4 weeks into my weightloss journey and have gone through it all to my goal with the help of the folks on this site. When I went onto maintenance I just didn't want to leave and luckily one of the lovely gals had the brilliant idea of a maintenance area so me and others at goal could stick around and everyone else. It also keeps me on track and I don't know how far I would have gotten without this forum and the great people.

Ditto. Love this site - helped me so much especially early on. Unfortunately it's hard to get on here regularly these days
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
