Brown rice - which totally shocked me 'cos I thought I'd hate it for some reason.

And Tuna Melts...mmmmmm... One English muffin cut in half, 1 small tin of tuna, some chopped capsicim, some crushed pineapple and one slice of low fat cheese cut in half. Toast the muffin, then put the cheese on top, folllowed by the tuna mix- cook under the grill or in the oven until cheese is melty... YUMMMM Serve it with salad and you have a full meal - and it's plenty of food too!
