Hey everyone i was just wondering how to work out how much weight i have lost all up as a percentage of my overall body weight? thanks in advance!!

you take the amount of kg you have lost, divide it by your starting weight, and multiply by 100.

e.g. you have lost 21kg (a FANTASTIC effort!) so that would be 21/91 x 100 = about 23%!!!!!!!!!!

I worked mine out it is 19% at the moment but I got to before christmas 23% but that will soon change thanks for the tip mandy

ive lost 25.68, ide love to get down to 62.5kgs just to say i lost 50% :P but im pretty tall so i dont know if it would be doable!

I lost 54% originally, but with the few kg gain I am sitting at around a 52% loss at the moment. I think it is coming down a little again, but I will let my body decide what it wants to do from here. Well... as far as how LOW it wants to go. I won't let it go much higher, except maybe when TOM visits. Don't really get a lot of choice when hormones kick in huh?

Losing weight has given me a "Freedom" that I had never previously experienced as an adult... and I am LOVING it!!!

160kg (2004)... 73kg (2006)... Working on maintaining.

So far I have lost 9.1% of my body weight....however I worked out what I will have lost when I reach my goal weight at it is a massive 61.5% of my body weight..... :shock:
