I'm gathering together some tips to print up around me so I can keep on track and wondered if anyone else does something similar.
Obviously some stuff is *borrowed* from celebrity type people but it all helps...

* "do not deviate from the meal plan as it will had an extra pound and an extra week of necessary work".
It's all a work in progress and it's slowly pushing through that negative filter.
This is something I try to reaffirm on a daily basis. I made this up and you are welcome to use it.
