What's your Tips or Mantra to keep you on the right track?

I'm gathering together some tips to print up around me so I can keep on track and wondered if anyone else does something similar.

Obviously some stuff is *borrowed* from celebrity type people but it all helps...

* "the more I drink, the more I shrink" (from the ThinkSlim guy)
* "love you the way you want others to love you) Others don't know how to love us until they see how we love ourselves and then they follow suit. (from Lisa Nicholls - The Secret)
* "do not deviate from the meal plan as it will had an extra pound and an extra week of necessary work".

It's all a work in progress and it's slowly pushing through that negative filter.

This is something I try to reaffirm on a daily basis. I made this up and you are welcome to use it.

"I am in control of my body; my body does not control me. Therefore I am in control of the food choices I make. If I make the wrong food choices I must living with the consequences. If I make the right food choices I will reap the rewards".

GW1 - 70kgs
GW2 - 67kgs
GW3 - 60kgs

I'm the little train that could! Except I got convinced to change it from I think I can to

I KNOW I CAN, I KNOW I CAN!!! and I imagine myself puffing up a hill :P
