Keep us posted Jody. Your allergic reaction was quite strange, eh? Sorry to hear about the weight gain. Do you think it's related to the steroids? Maybe some fluid retention, too? It'll probably come off again quite quickly.
Just keep moving! And don't be lazy...

oh don't worry too much - steroids famously cause bloating, so most of it is likely to be fluid!

the important thing is that you are recovering from your adverse reaction!!

you will get back on track, don't worry at alL!

Jody dont worry you can loose it, I put on 2 1/2 kg early last week, from eating and feeling stressed, I have taken it all off again and feel much better, you can too. Good on you for sticking to your weight loss and not falling off the wagon :D

I feel like Im back in the swing of things again, Im back to weighing every little thing passing my lips and Ive uped the effort I put into exercise, but I was up at midnight last night starving and roaming the kitchen for a snack I ended up having 1/2 a diet coke because I needed a sweet treat not the best choice I do admit esp the caffine that time of night but I was tired and couldnt be bothered thinking

Coulda been heaps worse - sure, the caffeine in the middle of night wasn't great, but the positives are that you chose something that was ZERO calories, and you only drank HALF.. good for you!
