well we have had all the books sitting there for ages. with mick commuting to sydney 4 hours all up a day he does lots of reading. i read the philosophers stone (book1) whilst pregnant and couldnt get into it really and started the chamber of secrets (book2) before heidi came into the world. i put them down and didnt really touch them. but i have been a big fan of the movies- even though i wasnt impressed that theyre growing up and all! lol. but thats inevitable.

i am looking forward to this challenge of finishing these books. im aiming to do each book in 30 days. i dont get a lot of time to read anymore because i have heidi. but im trying my best!

I bought the first two, with the intention of reading them to my son when he was a bit older.... lol havent got around t that yet. Everyone I know adores Harry Potter, so I really must read them :D
Im a HUGE fan of the Narnia books, I read them when I was a little girl, and then rediscovered them about 3 years ago.

well i finished the order of the phoenix yesterday and have started the half blood prince. i saw on tv last night the new trailer for the new harry potter movie and i was pretty shocked that dolores umbridge is quite older in the movie than what i had envisaged her to be. i thought she we like rita skeeter but is more my mums age! it will be strange watching it when it comes out and seeing that she is older than what i read her to be :P looks good though and im glad harry had a hair cut :P

p.s. my all time fave character of harry potter is neville longbottom :)
