Yesterday i was out in my city and just chilling and talking a walk..Then i saw an old lady with a dog...I got down to pet the dog, when my panties just collapsed in two parts  ...There was a lot of girls who stood there so i ran away and hided myself around the corner...Later i saw the lady, and she was like: Hahaha..

Oh bugger, what an embarrassing situation! Unfortunately embarrassing situations come up every now and then. I find it really hard to do, but apparently the best thing is to try and laugh it off and just accept it as life.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

"You can't change the winds, but you can change the sails"

"Reach out and take control of what lands in your lap"

You poor thing, how embarrassing for you Michael, you probley feel like that you can never show your face around there again. Just laugh it off it has happened & there is nothing that you can do to change the past. That is the only advice that I can think of.
