Wow Chelle, id say you have the shine! :D
Its amazing about your son, id say he picked it up from his Nan! I love these sort of stories, now i have one. Its involves a deceased child, but is in no way grusome, but some people are sentitive so be warned!

*Contains story of sensitive nature*

We had a funeral director come into the mortuary for a bit of a chat and as we were talking she tells us about a family she had just gone to see. The lady that had just passed on caused her family a bit of distress as before she died she keep talking about a little girl, saying things like i have to go now the little girl needs me. The family have no girl children, only boys so they were distressed hearing her talk like that. We went to look at the board which showed us where everyone was (yes in the fridge) She had been brought in overnight and placed right next to a 5 year old girl. It gave us chills, but we made sure they were always next to each other until they left our care.

That is so surreal. A good friend of mine 2 month old died I think it was the most saddest funeral i have ever been to, the coffin was so small.

Not very many children come in, an average on maybe 2-3 a year. Stillborn babies are actually quite common, maybe 2 a week. It was one of the worst parts of the job. I cant even imagine what the parents go through.
