Hey folks, pick up a copy of the sunday times and go to page 32, thats me!! Ha ha! Ive spend the week worrying about that pic!

Hay I remember reading that article and thinking what a shame that no one ever came to collect the ashes - nice piccie of you though .... how long have you been working at Karrakatta Cemetry for?

Sassygirl- been there about 7 months now, but came from the funeral industry so knew alot of the people from there anyway. It is a shame, but at least these people will have a final resting place thats not on a shelf out the back of the crem!

I will scan the pictures soon, i will! I promise! :D

Totally agree with you! I regularly go to Karakatta as my father, two brothers and a sister are buried in the Roman Catholic section (up by Commercial Street (I know the street starts with a C so not too sure of the exact name - I tend to go by feel these days) near the tiny shed and gates - that's how I remember where to go.
