which would be funny if it wasn't true
his catch cry is "eat more fat, eat more salt, eat more sugar!" in a sing song voice.
And one wonders how exactly they controlled for societal influences - eg, you will get together with people in a similar social demographic, and these demographics tend to have greater or lesser tendencies toward obesity. They did touch on social groups - easier to make friends with other obese people - and vaguely on the effects of BECOMING like your partner in terms of the relationship not being related to length of relationship, but still, I'd want to read the full study (I never trust media reports of scientific studies, they usually miss the important bits)
