just found a website last night that is free has alot of helpful tips and you cna keep a food diary do weekly weighins work out consumption calories genrate meal plans etc Im not sure if im allowed to post it here but its called calorie king at http://www.calorieking.com.au

hey jen thats ok heaps of us here do use calorieking. it is very useful, i use it everyday :) hope it helps you out as well :)

Yeah jene its a great site . . best way to work out what foods you can eat and not eat without having to think about it . .

Id recommend it to anyone also . .
