just found a website last night that is free has alot of helpful tips and you cna keep a food diary do weekly weighins work out consumption calories genrate meal plans etc Im not sure if im allowed to post it here but its called calorie king at

sorry if its not allowed to do that

hey jen thats ok heaps of us here do use calorieking. it is very useful, i use it everyday :) hope it helps you out as well :)

Yeah jene its a great site . . best way to work out what foods you can eat and not eat without having to think about it . .

Id recommend it to anyone also . .
