Walking tonight

Postby kate_turner2000 » Fri Aug 31, 2007 9:29 pm

well i went for an hour walk tonight. approximately 3.5-4km walk with lots of hills. i took micks ipod and sang along when i was walking the rural streets in my suburb. felt really good and i am hoping to keep this up as long as the weather is nice. wonder if it will make a difference to the scales on tuesday :?: :?

was thinking about princess diana and singing along to my ipod (which was playing elton johns diana candle in the wind LOL ) and thought of michelle (sassygirl) - yee haa for duran duran! as i was prancing along to hungry like the wolf.

anyway i had an enjoyable walk watching the stars and listening to my music and thinking of diana :)

It is very sad.. It was so hard to believe that both of them had died. Both death bought tear's to my eye's. Even that has gone quick. One year is hard to believe.

I was going to do the Peter Brook memorial cruise to bathurst next saturday with everyone there are going to be so many people there. but we are moving so we can't go, which was a shame because It has been in my diary since the begining of the year & I really wanted to be there for that.

Well you know he died in Perth, and i have 'insider' info in that department. But anyway remember how they put his car back together, there was a piece missing, his car number?? Well i know the person who had it. She ended up in a lot of trouble because the police and media said she stole it, when she didnt, she asked the officer in charge if she could have it and he said yes. She was never going to sell it or profit from it in anyway. The police man was trying to save his own butt by dropping her in it! She's such a lovely lady and that incident has had a major impact on her life. Its been in the news here alot, i dunno if you've heard about it over there or not?
