We currently use netspace and have had no problems with them. However, when our contract is up, we are going to change to engin. They do a better deal and we've had a few people reccommend them to us. If you go to broadbandguide.com.au you can search all the providers and the ones available in your area. Hope that helps

i had internode at my last place. i thought they were pretty good. they're based in adelaide i think, but i'm in melb so i'm guessing they're australia-wide.

now i have iinet. they're not bad either.

this website is really helpful when you're trying to decide because it compares the providers - http://whirlpool.net.au/

I dont like telstra when it comes to mobile phones either! I had telstra years and years ago and I was glad to get out of my contract when it finished. I changed to optus and never had a problem with them. I also found they had better coverage in our area. A few weeks ago DP and I decided to buy pre-paid next-g phones and we are now saving up our money so we can buy new phones with optus again and sell those ones on ebay! Not impressed at all with them!! Sorry for hi-jacking the thread

We are with westnet. They have won ISP awards consistantly for service. You are not on a fixed contract either. The tech support are great. They are a western australian company but I am in Adelaide and they are nation wide.....

iiNet, have been for about 8 years.

I hate Telstra and I even worked for them for 6 years. I also worked for iiNet.

iiNet have great plans and if you can get onto their ADSL2+ equipment you can get really fast speeds at cheaper rates.

I was with Telstra. I am with Adam internet which may only be in SA. I now pay half of what Telstra charged, Adam put me on ADSL2 which is much faster and I have huge download allowances I don't come close to using. Telstra? No way
