What have you achieved?

Postby zeedeveelgirl » Mon Sep 24, 2007 6:03 pm

I was writing in my journal today, and thinking about how quickly the 4 years since I finished year 12 had gone. Then I found myself wondering "What have I actually achieved?" and came up with a bit of a list -

* Completed my Traineeship in 2004
* Completed my Certificate III in Business (as part of my Traineeship) in 2004
* Completed my Certificate IV in Fitness in 2006
* Completed my Certificate IV in Massage Therapy in 2006
* Completed my Diploma in Remedial Massage in 2007
* Have applied for Bachelor of Education (Secondary)/Bachelor of Health Sciences at Flinders University for 2008

* Finally got over Brodie (an ex who kept disappearing and coming back - it took me a good 3 years to get over him!!!)
* Have lost over 28kg’s
* Have become fit and healthy
* Have gotten addicted to gym classes
* Have discovered an interest in cooking and developed my skills to be quite good
* Have gained a lot of self confidence and feel comfortable in my own skin and happy with the way I look (most of the time – we all have our ‘ugly’ days!!)

* Have gotten my Drivers License
* Have bought 2 cars (not at once, of course!)
* Have paid for all of my courses and have no debt
* Have bought my own computer (which is now ancient and in the Rumpus room!)
* Have bought my own Laptop and Printer Mult-function centre
* Have bought various other things – iPod, Mobile Phones, DVD Player

It really helped to put everything in perspective and realise just how much I'd achieved over the past few years!!

So my question to you - what have you achieved that you are proud of? In addition to your weight loss/exercise achievements, I mean. I'm interested to know :D
