What excuses do you make to yourself to not feel so bad about eating something naughty.

Just a few ideas to get you going:

'Well I've been soo good the last few days'
'censored man, I just went for a 10k walk, I think I can handle a triple cheeseburger' (this is mine lol)
'Well my non calorie counting day's Wednesday but maybe I should just change it to Sunday'
'IT'S MONDAY I'M BLOODY DEPRESSED GIMME SOME CHOCOLATE OR MY BOSS DIES!!! :!: '

*craves triple cheeseburger* ... *no pickle*

On holidays the brakes come loose and I eat more and less healthy. I stop working out during those periods as well. I know it's bad, but somehow that just happens. Birthday parties are a brake killer as well :S

But the real excuse? I don't really do excuses. I just start eating bad and crash my awesome loss of the past week :(

Every time i start eating healthy or i'm on a diet, i get about a month in and decide i'm going to allow a "cheat day". Then i have cheat weeks, then i write the whole week off.

I tell myself that i deserve it for all the hard work i've been doing, and that i will make up for it later. lol

First Goal: 109 kilos (Losing 10% of my body weight)
Second Goal: 99 kilos (Getting out of triple digits)
Third goal: 85 kilos (Getting back to a weight where i felt more like ME)
Ultimate long term goal: 60 kilos (Losing half of my start weight)
