I have been doing a great walk in the afternoons after work. The walk goes from the city down to Darling harbour, around through Pyrmont, past the Fish Markets, around Wentworth Park and back to Chinatown. The walk takes just over an hour and there are a set of stairs and one steep walkway to climb so its a great way of doing a great walk.
I also do some walks on the weekend, extending it from Wentworth park around Blackwattle bay through to Glebe then walk back through to Chinatown.
Because of the area has some hills its a great way to loose those extra calories.
