I'm 28 y.o female and want to shed around 30kgs and want to
start a weight loss group in the North Sydney/ Neutral Bay area.
One possibility is to hire a personal trainer 5 days a week and split the cost between us all (I'm thinking at least 5 people.) This way it's affordable yet frequent and focused. The Biggest Loser is starting again soon and Iâ€™m using it as motivation to get slim and fit for good.
Another option is to get a group of gym buddies together.
I'm open to ideas and would love to hear from others out there who are serious about committing to their personal weight loss and the group.
