i started off on 89 and i am now 81 ish
i mean i am doing hardly anything now and being lazy as, i bet if u put ur mind to it and actually do something (unlike me) you will reach 65 in no time! That is also my goal.
Its all about changing habits. Making meal sizes smaller, not eating junk food. Drinking more water. That's how i did it, so far :p
But if u add exercise then you will do amazingly.
