Hey Tom guess what? I showed my hubby your pics last night and he said:

"Thats what I want to look like, see how he is toned and has a flat muscly chest and tummy, thats what I want, what did he do to get that?"

Just thought i'd share with you :D

He can pretty much eat what he wants and doesn't put on weight...he has skinny little legs heheheheh, muscly arms but no toning or chest definition. Soooooooooooo the big question is, what exercise do you do?

He's 6'5 and 88kgs.

Haha gee wow, thankyou! I'm used to looking at others and going "Aww I want to be like that!"

My program spreads across 4 sessions, with about 3-4 sessions a week.

First Session - Chest and Triceps

Incline bench dumbell press - 5 sets - 20, 12, 10, 8, 6 (getting heavier each set)
Flat machine press - 5 sets - 20, 12, 10, 8, 6 (getting heavier each set)
Cable flys - 4 sets - 12, 10, 8, 6 (getting heavier each set)
Bar dips (you suspend and then lower yourself on the rack) - 4 sets - as many as you can do each set
Skullcrushers - 5 sets - 20, 12, 10, 8, 6 (getting heavier each set)
Bar pushdowns - 5 sets - 20, 12, 10, 8, 6 (getting heavier each set)

Second Session - Leg session
I can type this up if you want, but if he's wanting to focus on the chest for the moment then I'll just type up the upper-body sessions.

Seated Lat Raise - 5 sets - 20, 12, 10, 8, 6 (getting heavier each set)
Rear Delt Flys - 5 sets - 20, 12, 10, 8, 6 (getting heavier each set)

It must feel good to now be the guy that others want to look like! You've worked so hard, you deserve it!

Thank you! It didn't let me post the rest of the work out, but the abs is the next most important thing, lets see if it'll let me post (this is really weird)!

Which brings me onto the abs! I don't actually work the abs much anymore, I worked it a fair bit when I first started out because I wanted to have abs... but if you have the fat in the way, you won't be able to see them!

I'll write up my favourite ab exercises that I did:

Obliques

Abs Machines
I don't like the tummy-roller below... but it will work if it's all you have... what I find is better, is the weighted/compressedair machine which is similar, but you're sitting up-right on it.

Leg Raises - (Great exercise! But you need that rack at the gym to do it)

Crunches (if you sit your body up when doing it, it seems to work higher, if you lay flat and extend your legs out just above the ground in front of you, like that girl in this link is doing, then it seems to work just above the groin)

Holy cow Tom, you look like an underwear model  :D

Check out those big muscly arms! And you're definitely getting that 6 pack mate! Whatever you're doing is working perfectly!

Haha, thank you, fiona!

Don't know about underwear model, but thank you! :P

I think it was a good idea to combine my intense cardio sessions with my gym sessions - even if it gets confusing when working out how much weight I've lost!

My friends are trying to get me to give in - but I think I might keep going for another month or two then switch to maintaining :)

Wow, great photos. Its amazing, in the first photo you look really young (I don't know how old you are), but by the latest one you look really manly. Great work, keep it up!

With more photos along the way of course ;)

Aww thanks guys! wow, haha! I was being tempted to slow/stop my progress lately, and now your very kind comments have motivated me to keep going a little bit more!

haha, sorry, zeedeveelgirl, I'm a sydneysider :P

Karma, that's one thing I noticed when getting my ID checked by bouncers - they used to crack jokes about me looking 12 years old when I was 18 (May 2005)... but now they don't say anything! :D
