Hotmumma - Ive only started doing ab work for the last 10 kilos of loss, I figured there wasnt much point till I lost a few tyres around the middle.
I use a workout bean and do 100+ double crunches, plus 50+ ab twist crunches in combination with basic weights everyday morning, ( I have an exact detailed list in my thread in the personal progress section)
the routine takes about 25 mins to do. Im still walking, but going 6 days a week now. (drastically trying to drop weight before our holiday) I also knee board basically every weekend, which involves your core muscles, legs and arms so I think thats been helping aswell.
