Hey everyone, here are my progress shots so far. Sorry my face is all fuzzed out, I have them uploaded into a public album and im not really comfortable with the whole world recognising me half naked

My apoligies for the bikini ..I know its not the best look at the mo but i guess having everything out in the open makes it alot easier to see the progress :P

1st pic - 101 kilos
2nd pic - 90 kilos
3rd pic - 81 kilos

last weeks current weight was 80 kilos, next weigh in is on wednesday.

:D 15 kilos to go!

That's an amazing change!

Great idea to post bikini pics but blur out your face. I've been trying to decide how to do my during and after pics, but I didn't want people recognising me in a bikini. That really solves the dilemma!

Oh my I could literally cry, I dont think I have ever had anyone ever say to me in my entire life that my belly is small, I could kiss you! My stomach has always been my problem area and in my opinion still is, im very paranoid about it. The amount of times i've been asked if im pregnant is ridiculous. Thankyou so much for such nice feed back, I was actually kinda nervous about posting them but youv'e made me feel awesome.

thankyou again!

Wow! Thats awesome, you can really see the changes.
I have the same belly problem, i look pregnant even now 2yrs after my last.
Have you been doing tummy excercises? If so what have you been doing cos i'd love any tips on downsizing the belly.
Your truly an inspiration!

wow I LOVE this group, you guys are so nice and encouraging. :D
you've really made my day :)

Hotmumma - Ive only started doing ab work for the last 10 kilos of loss, I figured there wasnt much point till I lost a few tyres around the middle.

I use a workout bean and do 100+ double crunches, plus 50+ ab twist crunches in combination with basic weights everyday morning, ( I have an exact detailed list in my thread in the personal progress section)

the routine takes about 25 mins to do. Im still walking, but going 6 days a week now. (drastically trying to drop weight before our holiday) I also knee board basically every weekend, which involves your core muscles, legs and arms so I think thats been helping aswell.

Thankyou again to everyone for your beautiful words of encouragement, your all fantastic!

Aww thankyou. :D

The bean is like a swiss/fit ball except its kidney shaped. advertised alot on morning televison.

This is the link if you wanna see what it is.

I love mine, I prefer it to a swiss ball just because it curves to your body shape and supports my back better. I have a swiss ball aswell but its in the shed and never gets used.

Can't wait to see your bikini shot, might aswell get it out there, after all thats why were all here!
