I was back t 90kg this morning, but am actually too lazy to take some pictures. I know the difference can be seen, but I can't be bothered ;)

It's been a while since I posted in.

So I made my wife take a quick one.

Don't get scared now.

I'm nude.

But thankfully my wife was able to concentrate on the right area ;) I'd like you to meet my little girl, Hannah. She turned 1 today. We had an awesome day, and had a laugh when nothing was good enough for her, except for a Hello Kitty ball, which she seemed to love dearly as soon as the paper came off.
Time goes by so fast. She's one year old already. It's like she was born last month...

Anyway, in the picture you can't really see I lost too much weight, but I think my shoulders stand out pretty well :)

Thanks ;) Yeah, I really do have a precious little bundle. lol


I'll be trying to get some new pictures soon. Might ask someone to do some action shots on my road bike.
