I've lost the weight by following the WeightWatchers points and now Satisfaction program. I attend the weekly meetings and use Unlimited on their website (track my points online). Paying about $60 a month for the program keeps me motivated.
I use my home gym (weights), go jogging (including running up and down stairs), use my Billy Blanks DVD and i've just bought a skipping rope.
I've had alot of slip ups along the way but I try and stay positive. If I eat something unhealthy or over indulge I just get back on track with my next meal and make it healthy.
One of the biggest things I had to teach myself was not to put myself down when I made the wrong food choice.
My biggest tip would be to just stick with it. There will be times when you feel like giving up but don't. You are worth it and you do deserve to be healthy.
