SOME men lose weight faster. I've been trying to get my weight down for about 6+ weeks, but I'm still only 2kg below the starting weight.
However, I stopped doing it for the weight, right now I'm in it for the body shape. I'm cycling 150km a week, and I notice myself losing fat, and apparently gaining muscles. However, I am convinced you're wrong about men losing weight faster. It's either in your gens, or it's not.

, they've got some great work outs. Looks like you need something for your triceps and your biceps most. Try do some serious workouts on your upper arms, you'll notice the difference in a few weeks.
