Basically what I have been doing is my own thing. 3 meals a day, for example breakfast is a fruit smoothie and a serve of prunes or sometimes a smoothie, 1/2 a serve of prunes and 1/2 a protein bar. I have also found these great little health bars in my local Foodland/IGA that I swap for the smoothie sometimes.
Lunch usually consists of a tuna salad and crackers with a low fat laughing cow cheese portion, or crackers and mersey valley spreadable cheese or a cold meat and salad wrap on mountain bread and more often than not a couple of sweet biscuits with a coffee afterwards. Tea is generally whatever is going, normally meat and either hot veg or salad. I do have a pasta meal once every week or so.Sometimes I just have a WW/Lean Cuisine/Healthy Choice meal and salad. I snack on fruit when I get the nibblies, I drink 10-12 glasses of water a day and exercise for 30-40 minutes every day.
