Oh MY GOD!
now............ can I please put my opinion forward. (?) You really don't need to lose any more weight. You look fabulous just as you are. Wow, what's life like at your size? What size clothes do you wear now? How many times did you have to buy new bras? hehe. Sincere congratulations - wow what willpower! Do you have a bikini yet?

Thanks pobox :) , I quite happy where I am but I really think another couple of kilos gone would be nice, just to have that little bit of a buffer to fluctuate in, but I do feel good where I am. I do admit to jumping on the scales this morning and I have lost a little more but I will do an official weigh in on Saturday and that will be it for a couple of weeks because Im off out for Saturday lunch  .

Life at my size now is certainly a lot more pleasant than it used to be and hopefully will only get more pleasant as time goes on  .

I am now a size 10-12 depending on what it is. Jeans, pants and tops are a size 10 and most dresses I opt for a 12 as I like a bit more length because I have a scarredknee from a car accident and I dont like it on show if I can help it but I do have a couple of long dresses and they are a size 10.

Bras and underwear I only replaced 3 or 4 times as I hated paying out for underwear when I would rather spend my money on outerwear, I am currently wearing size 16 and 18 undies  but I am off to Target on Thursday to buy some smaller ones as they have 20% off  . The last bra I bought is a 12C.

Nope, no bikini and no plans for one either  .

Best of luck with it :D .

Hi Wendy, thank you :) , yep hubby is pretty proud, It has only been the last few weeks where he has said so as well. He has always encouraged me but I often wondered whether he was just saying it to keep me happy or if he did mean it. Im pretty sure now he genuinely meant it as he keeps raving on about it.
I'll keep my eyes peeled but you didnt have to but thank you very much.
I havent had a surprise in the mail for a while so Im all excited now, I'll let you know when it arrives :D .

Have a good one all, Sue :) .

Hi Shalimar...

Just wondering... (I couldn't find a specific thread as you post so often  )....

In summary...

did you follow a particular "programme" to lose all that weight?
what form of exercise did you do?
What was the hardest part for you during your journey?
how are you rewarding yourself now that you've achieved your goals?

As I said before, I think you are amazing....

Hi Jodie and thanks :) ,

I just did my own thing, counted calories, and daily exercise, although not at first, and the weight came off.
I have no plans on rewarding myself, I have had to buy new clothes and I still need some warmer weather stuff but apart from that the weight loss is reward itself.

Have a good one and thanks again, Sue :) .
