Thanks Sam :) and Gumby :) (where have you been lately)?

I just totally overhauled my eating and started doing daily exercise when I previously didnt do any.

The last pic was taken around 3 weeks ago but I am going out on Sunday and have to dress up a bit so I'll have hubby or junior take a pic and I'll post it in here.

Thanks again girls :) .

Oh there it is. I didn't see that one. Wow... what a transformation. You should be so proud of yourself. How long did it take you to lose?

Sue you are a great woman

I have about 30 kgs to loose and I must say after reading every post you have posted I really felt uplifted. I felt like I can do it.

Way to go dear. I still think you should make money with your journey. Motivational speaker or anything but you should be rewarded somehow for all your work and determination. I would be one of the people to pay for the occasion you'd be motivating on.

Apart from it all I think you are a warm-hearted person and you deserve all the best thats coming your way.

Thank you for being who you are and for your selfless charecter I am just blown away by the manner you handle every question you get from everyone. I respect and adore you.

Remain the best

love

Hi Sassy and thank you :) , I love posts like yours that make me realise just how much I may have helped people on their own journeys.
It has been long and hard and of course there were, and still are, temptations along the way but it has been so worth not giving in to them (most of the time).

Just take one day at a time and focus on the long term, picture yourself in 6 or 12 months time and use that as something to aim for.
As stupid as it sounds my first "focus thought" was picturing myself at 100 kilos and at the hair dressers getting my hair done, as that was my 100 kilo reward, a hair cut, something I hadnt done for 15 or so years. Just that thought kept me going to that point. Once I got that far I knew I could do the rest.

Best of luck to your good self and keep at it, you will do it :D .

Just saw your pics. OMG Sue are you sure you're not photoshopped? Brilliant. You are just an amazing lady to have achieved that change. I hope it has been all worthwhile for you and brought with it all the changes in your life that you were seeking.
