Like many here, I am wowed by your incredible journey of successful weight loss and your transformation! I would like to ask a few questions, in the hope that I might learn something from you, so hope you don't mind!
1. I noted you said you did 30 to 40 minutes of exercise everyday. What kind of exercise do you/did you do?
2. How do you handle food cravings that you know won't be good for you?
3. What would you say was the biggest 'aid' to you in losing weight, for instance, a mantra you held close,food-/exercise tracking, this site, etc?
4. Similar to question 2 and 3, but with a 'larger scale perspective' of your journey, what got you through the initial really hard beginning or anytimes you just felt like giving up because it seemed 'easier' to do so (if you did experience that)?
