Hi Again Everyone,
Thought I would just give a small update on my further progress
been about a month since my last one. Im happy to say that things are still going very well and have managed to drop another 9kg since last month, making me about 107kg now. 53 Kg loss in total since July 1st. 17 more till my goal
I have to say also that losing all this weight has already changed my life so much, I never even would have thought of exercising before I started but now Im doing over 3 hours total each day. Currently 1.5hours weightlifting each night and about to start week 8 of C25K of which I do two runs morning and evening 6 days a week instead of 3 per week in total.
Following everyone else's progress here has been a real motivator for me and Im sure we will all get to where we want to be by keeping up all the effort. Goodluck to everyone else out there in their struggles and lets hope that we all succeed
