What a credit you are to yourself and your family, young man! You are such an inspiration. The difference you have made to your health and well being is huge and you have added years and years to your life and such a quality of life also. You should be sooooo proud of yourself. OMG I cant believe how much you have changed! your looking fantastic- keep up the great work. How much more are you planning to lose? By the looks of it there is not alot more to go

Thanks so much everyone for the kind words :D Preferably I would like to lose another 17kg to get down to 90kg but would be happy with anything between 95-90. Since starting week 8 this week of C25K I found I could do the 30 min runs already so have just gone ahead to week 9. I plan to stick with 2 x 30min runs each day for the next few weeks and focus more on my weightlifting workouts so my weightloss will likely slow. Also recently I have found I can finally do pushups for the first time in my life :D

Thanks to everyone out there for the encouragement and lets all finish fighting away the rest of our extra KG's together :D

Hi again guys, I figured it was probably time for another update. Still battling along with my weight loss and slowly approaching my goal. Im happily down to 97.6 kg as of today however Im finding that it really is true the last few kg's are definately much harder to shed :) Admittedly though I am much more focussed now with weightlifting then all out weightloss and as such have been eating around 2200 calories daily for the past month. Thankfully though the higher calories spread over 6 meals each day are still giving me weigtloss results and heaps of improvement with weightlifting :)

Im guessing the last 7 or 8 kgs will likely take another few months to lose however I am very happy with where I am at now. Being under 100kg for the first time since I was 12 has been a huge confidence booster in me and through much of the advice posted by others I have learnt to make good nutrition and regular excercise a part of my everday life now instead of simply tools for weight loss.

Below is a current pic of me taken earlier today. Once again thankyou so much to everyone out there for all the support this forum offers as the things Iv'e learnt here have certainly helped changed my life completely and Im sure many others.

Definately looking might fine. Keep up the fantastic work, you must be feeling so healthy. Killing that 100kg mark is the best feeling you can get isnt it? I can remember the day I weighed myself and I was 99.9 kilos and I thought oh bugger it and let myself go all the way up to 123.5kgs. NEVER AGAIN!!!!! :shock: Too much hard work has gone into getting back down and you know yourself that you just feel a huge weight lifted off your shoulders and your sense of well being just soars. Confidence comes with feeling healthy doesnt it? Take care.
