Finally done!. The last 5 kg have been a real pain but Im very happy to say that I finally got rid of them and got down to my goal weight of 90kg. Last weigh in was at 89.8
I cant begin to describe how much better I feel compared to 11 months ago but needless to say I indeed feel 70kg lighter hehe
Finally I can find clothes to fit now too, I used to be a 6 XL but am now an M bordering on S so can pretty much fit into anything
Its been alot of hard work and dieting but looking at my old pics I really am glad and see that it was worth it all. I still plan on continuing with my weightlifting and regular cardio as I have noticed great results in the last few months in particular from them both. Also of note is that many of my particular weightlifting exercises have increased by at least triple the weight from when I started so I know I have lost over 70kg in fat and gained some muscle back to count for the strength increase.
All in all I really feel alot better about myself and a hell of a lot more confident. If I had any advice it would be that you definitely don't need to spend vast amounts of money on weight loss programs or trainers or even gym memberships for that matter. I have never set foot in a gym as I have invested in my own weight set however there is really enough info out there on the internet for anyone to become a weightloss expert. The main thing I learned is that weightloss is best done through speeding up your metabolism instead of actually eating less and also to combine this with the right foods at right times. I am still eating 2500 cals daily over 6 meals but will probably start to increase this closer to 3000 now that my weightloss is finished. gotta have my food!
