I've had problems with my weight since I left home. (Way too much fast food, and not enough eating home cooked meals) At my heaviest I weighed 122KGs and felt really unhealthy. In 2007 I lost a LOT of weight very quickly (about 30kg in 3 months) and had some health problems as a result. As of October last year I put 10kg back on. Since October I have been exercising sensibly and eating a healthy and balanced diet. As of January I've lost 6kgs of the 10kg I put back on, and currently weigh 84kgs. My goal is approx 80kg, which is a reasonably weight for my height of 6"0. Here are some pics below of me at my different weights.

you look good man, some consistant excercise and you should be fine.. u got a goal weight? ATM i'm thinking goal weights are up in the air... i'm putting on alot of muscle, and while my weigh ins don't show it, my figure is changing much faster than my numbers are dropping. so what number would u say u'd b happy at?
