hah hah Gordz, yup I do come here a bit but mainly I am the quiet silent type who likes to read and post the odd comment. Thanks for the reply, I just got game for a second by posting my pic where noone knows me,lol. I am still having some major self image issues, I know I lost 30kgs(20 to go) but I still feel the same, its weird that I still see the "old me". I definately feel much healthier now though, life being that overweight was actually killing me.

BMI is 35.1, I am still just in the Obese range. Another 4kgs roughly and I am into the just Overweight range. Yipeeeeeeeeeeeeee! I had a lot of weight to loose, have lost 37cm off my waist, now hopefully the weight will start to come off the bum hehe.

I can definitely relate to seeing yourself now how you used to be, I am the same. People I have known for years don't recognise me, hell my own grandfather didnt know who I was the last time I knocked on his door. Yet I still see myself as I was before I started losing the weight. It does play with your head at times.

Your piccies look fantastic there is sooooo much difference.

I think I carry my weight different and I am quite tall. You havent seen the behind pictures, lol and my bum is still pretty big. I still carry a lot of weight in my lower stomach but I am sure in time that will go. I have developed a lot of muscle over the 22 weeks so maybe I just weigh heavier cause of that ? Dont know the cardinal rule there.
Thanks to everyone for the comments, its a great Message Board.

Yep yep,lol that could be it. I'm almost 170cms and I'm a swimmer so maybe thats why my bodys formed the way it has. I also do fast hard walking 30 minutes a day but nothing much else. Just keep active without killing myself. Something that I can keep up for life and not just phase out of once I reach goal. The diet I follow allow's me to gain muscle as I loose weight so I think that has just been a huge bonus for me. Scared to death of saggy skin :P
