Thank you very much, I should update my photos soon, on the 10th of next month I shall.

I hope I am setting a good example for Scarlett and Jasmine. I want them to know from a early age what a healthy lifestyle is, to teach them what they need to know to survive.

This is me at 70 kilos, I haven't done photos for nearly 3 months.

I'm not happy with how I look but I'm getting there.

Thank you, yes that photo was at that weight, not my best photo but I needed to know where I started.
