That loss is really really great! Don't beat yourself up too much for having been trying for 3 months and losing 8.8kg! If you expect too much from yourself too quickly you might get down and go off track. Don't look at the time and think 'a whole 3 months' think 'in just 3 short months I have lost 8.8kg and changed this habit and that habit - I'm doing really well!'.
As for me, I'm 18 weeks in and lost 6.8kg
I'm pretty happy with that. I keep having gains here and there after going off track and then tiny losses when I get kinda back on track, but I'm going in the right direction and not giving up. For some reason this week I just went 'right, no more f*ing around' and have been eating well so far and have done some exercise. I'm not too fussed on the number, as long as I really make an effort to do this journey properly and not half-a$$sed. Lol.
